It has been a very exciting time at CHSG in terms of our houses. In the initial meeting of student council back in September, the girls expressed that they wanted to update the current house names (Red, Yellow, Blue and Green) to be named after inspirational women that embodied the school values and the qualities they want to grow in. It was vital to us that these women reflected the diversity amongst our students and represented a variety of disciplines. Both students and staff gave their feedback and the results were shared in our whole school assembly this week. Work will now begin to fully embed these new houses in school life.
